‘Ujjaini Mahankali’ Bonalu started with great enthusiasm

Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu started with great enthusiasm early Sunday morning. Devotees began queuing up at the temple from the early hours. On behalf of the government, Hyderabad in-charge Minister Ponnam Prabhakar offered the first Bonam to the goddess early in the morning and presented silk garments. He visited the temple with his family to seek the blessings of the goddess. Arrangements for the Bonalu festival were made with the cooperation of all departments. In a short while, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will visit the ‘Ujjaini Mahankali’ temple to offer Bonalu.
