With a huge budget and grand production, prominent producer Suresh Babu’s son, ‘Abhiram’, made his debut as a hero under Director ‘Teja’ in the movie ‘Ahimsa’. However, the film turned out to be a disaster at the box office. Immediately after this, ‘Teja’ began another project titled ‘Rakshasa Raja Ravanasurudu’, with ‘Rana’ as the lead. He tried every possible way to fasttrack the production of this movie. Renowned producer ‘Achanta Gopinath’ came on board as the producer and even paid an advance to ‘Rana’. Additionally, famous Kannada music director ‘Ravi Basrur’ was given an advance, and songs were recorded for the film.
There have been reports circulating in the film industry that ‘Achanta Gopinath’ spent a significant amount of money on this project. However, even after a year, there has been no progress, and no announcements have come from ‘Rana’ regarding the movie. Left with no options, Director ‘Teja’ is reportedly in story discussions to introduce his son as a hero in his next project. Teja, who has launched many newcomers—actors, directors, and technicians—through his Chitram banner, seems to be delaying his son’s silver screen debut, raising the million-dollar question: Why is Teja taking so long to introduce his own son as a hero?
