“I am leaving the industry, and a friend of mine gave me an explanation, saying that he is leaving because of financial reasons.After working in the industry for so long time, he was never given the chance to showcase his talent and to settle in a better way.There are hundreds of  people, who are suffering silently to get financial freedom.Those, who assign, these creative jobs, are least bothered, when, financial aspects comes in.The reason is simple–either they  are not paying them properly by using their talent  or neither, they are ignoring is a Million dollar question?.I made an effort to better comprehend his worry. I quizzed him on what would be the ideal scenario.This is one single example but there are thousands of examples walking.There I had my viewpoint. Basically, most of the aspirants think that the field has a lot of work and money.But, when practicality comes into picture, everyone has their own  experience. Whoever, in a position of authority has a moral obligation to develop the practice of pay master job.I lacked a more comprehensive understanding of this social issue.There is merit to this argument. Numerous instances  of writers  and Directors taking their own lives and losing everything due to financial ruin. Regardless of the nature of the employment, everyone would expect to be paid for their labor,nothing  wrong in it .These days, Tollywood is  speaking in terms of Billions of rupees, in flying colors, wish into Billions of Dollars, now, time has arisen, to distribute earnings to its contributors.                                                                               By.Prakash Surya
