Tollywood, with its opulent production houses and large annual production output, is considered one of India’s most significant film industries. Nonetheless, a few sobering assessments are criticizing the company’s lack of originality and imitation mentality. Many believe that it fails to maintain a high level of professionalism and that individuals at the top of the industry have insufficient training in film. With the exception of few Directors like Rajamouli,Sukumar,Trivikram, koratala Shiva,Krishna Varmshi, Sujith, Nag Ashwin, Prashant Varma, Sankalp Reddy,Sundeep Reddy vanga and others, most of them here would like to work on the entertainment genre, rather than in the creative process. The cause of the films’ box office failures, which can be attributed to the unfavorable cinematic environment. In Tollywood, a strong desire for quality content is uncommon, since most production companies tend to be more concerned with making the combinations. The main problem with the sector is that its most individuals are often unskilled, disorganized, and lack professionalism.Every industry needs workers with a variety of training and skill sets, but in this case, the most are just copycats.Story discussions are mere farce in which much of the time is wasted on glorifying the poor for inappropriate purposes. The most disheartening part of this hegemonic tendency is that it is allowing all untrained, ignorant people into the field while barring skilled people with an iron curtain by leading to dismal box office numbers. If this tendency continues, future generations will adopt copycat behavior, and feudal practices if such talents are ingrained in them.Above all, a sound moral creative policing is urgently needed.
